Services

Through one‑on‑one coaching, I support women of all ages as they move through profound life changes, helping them reconnect with their resilience and gently reclaim their peace, purpose, and power. With training in grief education and life coaching, I walk alongside clients as they shift from heaviness and stagnation into hope, strength, and renewed engagement with life. Your goals become our shared path, and I’m here to encourage and support you as you step into the potential that’s ready to emerge.

I work with clients navigating a wide range of life‑changing experiences. My own journey includes the loss of a child to substance use disorder, the death of a parent and close friend, divorce, and major career transitions. These experiences deepen my empathy and inform the care I bring to this work, while always centering your unique story, needs, and pace.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form to request a complimentary discovery call, where we can get to know one another and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll guide you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

All coaching sessions are held via secure video conference, allowing me to support clients wherever they are in the world.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All coaching sessions are held virtually through a secure video‑conference platform. This allows you to join from the comfort of your own home or any private space where you feel grounded and at ease. Once your session is scheduled, you’ll receive a link and simple instructions to connect. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and accessibility of meeting this way—it creates a calm, focused environment for our work together.

  • A Grief Educator is a trained professional who provides compassionate, informed support to people navigating the many emotional, physical, and relational changes that grief brings. Certified Grief Educators complete specialized training created by renowned grief expert David Kessler, learning his evidence‑based tools, language, and approaches for supporting individuals through loss. This training equips them to offer grounded guidance, normalize the grieving experience, and help people understand what they’re feeling as they move through one of life’s most challenging transitions.

  • Therapy and coaching serve different purposes, and both can be incredibly valuable. Therapy focuses on understanding and healing experiences from the past, identifying patterns, and treating mental health conditions. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders.

Coaching, including the grief and transition work I offer, is centered on the present—what you’re experiencing now and how you want to move forward. My role is to support your resilience, help you gain clarity, and guide you toward meaningful action in your life today.

  • I do not. Coaching is not covered by most insurance plans.

  • I offer a flexible pay‑as‑you‑go model, as well as discounted rates for multi‑session packages. Because each client’s needs and goals are unique, pricing can vary. The best way to get accurate, personalized information is to reach out directly. I’m happy to walk you through the options and help you choose the approach that feels right for you.

About Christy

Hi. I am Christy.

For more than 30 years, I built a successful career in corporate America, serving in a wide range of operational roles and eventually becoming part of the executive leadership team. I loved the work, the people, and the challenge of helping organizations grow. The greatest reward in my work was the opportunity to mentor and uplift the women around me. But the most profound turning point in my life didn’t happen in a boardroom—it happened with the loss of my daughter, Maria, to an overdose of illicitly manufactured fentanyl.

Maria was compassionate, non‑judgmental, and deeply loving. Losing her reshaped my world and clarified my purpose. Her spirit continues to guide me, inspiring me to show up for others with the same openness and empathy she carried so naturally.

Today, I am a Certified Grief Educator and Certified Professional Life Coach, dedicated to supporting women who are navigating life‑changing events. Grief, transition, and unexpected change can leave us feeling unmoored, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. I know this terrain intimately. I also know the quiet strength that lives within us—even when we can’t feel it yet.

Resilience has been a thread throughout my life, and it’s now at the heart of my work. I help women reconnect with their inner steadiness, reclaim their peace, and rediscover their purpose and power. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and shaped by both professional training and lived experience.

It’s an honor to walk alongside women as they move through some of life’s hardest moments and begin to rise again—one breath, one choice, one step at a time.
