By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.

2. Nature of Services

Coaching is a supportive, forward‑focused process designed to help clients explore goals, strengthen resilience, and navigate life transitions. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice. If you need clinical or medical support, I encourage you to seek a licensed professional.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in coaching, you agree to:

  • Participate voluntarily and take responsibility for your own decisions

  • Communicate honestly and respectfully

  • Seek additional professional support when needed

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions must be scheduled through the designated booking system.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions (“no‑shows”) are non‑refundable.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Coaching packages, programs, or single sessions are non‑refundable once delivered.

  • Refunds for unused sessions in a package are considered on a case‑by‑case basis and are not guaranteed.

6. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are confidential. I will not share information you disclose unless:

  • You provide written permission

  • I am legally required to do so

  • There is concern for your safety or the safety of others

Confidentiality does not apply to information shared through third‑party tools (e.g., email, scheduling platforms), which are governed by their own policies.

7. Technology & Virtual Sessions

Coaching sessions are conducted via secure video conference. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a private space for sessions.

8. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the website’s functionality

  • Copy or distribute content without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

Coaching is a collaborative process, and results vary by individual. I do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of this website or coaching services.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
